BEQA Ph stands for Basic Education Quality Access in Philippines — It is a National Education Conference-Workshop on Basic Education Quality, Access, and Child Protection — a nationwide training and capacity-building initiative that empowers school leaders, system administrators, and education advocates to champion quality, inclusive, and child-centered learning environments across the Philippines.
The BEQA Ph 2025 Conference will be held on October 28 - 30, 2025 at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane, Manila.
The conference is open to all education stakeholders, including teachers, school heads, policy advocates, education students, researchers, system administrators, and NGO representatives.
