Leah Novenario Bautista is an accomplished education leader and public servant, currently serving as Division Chief and Project Development Officer V at the Regional Program Management Office, 4Ps of the Department of Social Welfare and Development – NCR. With over two decades of experience in the Department of Education, she has held key leadership positions, including Education Program Supervisor, Regional Youth Formation Coordinator, and OIC-Supervisor for various curriculum areas.
She is completing her Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Management at Romblon State University and holds two master’s degrees in education, a Certificate in Preschool Education from the Philippine Normal University, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas.
Recognized as a National Trainer for English, textbook writer, and policy contributor, Ms. Bautista has been instrumental in advancing teacher quality, youth formation, and community welfare. In 2024, she was honored as Best Knowledge Manager by DSWD-NCR.

Nancy A. Calado is a dedicated kindergarten teacher at Ponciano Bernardo Elementary School, where she currently serves with commitment and care. With over 30 years of teaching experience in both private and public schools, she has devoted her life to early childhood education and child development.
She has been the President of the school's Faculty Club since 2018 and is an active member of the Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) Philippines. She also serves as the Board of Director for Kindergarten under the Quezon City Public School Teachers Association (QCPSTA), and as the school's Learner Information System (LIS) Coordinator, ensuring effective management of student records.

John Leonard Burdeos is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, CSSP-UP Diliman. He is currently specializing in Philosophy of Education at the UP College of Education where he is also handling Philosophy of Education and Values Education Courses at the Undergraduate Level. He was one of the founding members (VP for Education and Research) of the UP P4C Society, a university-wide student organization dedicated to teaching the importance of thinking and philosophy in daily life through the Community of Inquiry as P4C's methodology. Dr. Michael Arthus G. Muega is a History and Philosophy and Values Education professor at the University of the Philippines College of Education.
He holds doctoral degrees in Educational History and Philosophy of Education and in Special Education, a master’s degree in Philosophy, and a bachelor’s degree in Communication major in Journalism.
He led the crafting of the BSEd Values Education program of the University of the Philippines, Diliman. His recent co-authored international book chapter publications are “The Role of Philosophy in Democratic Education,” “Integrating Dialogic Inquiry in Philippine Textbooks and Lesson Plans: A Proposal,” and “Indigenous Peoples in the Philippines Through the Lens of CRT: An Imperative for Inclusive Education.”.
He was a course director and designer for the Law Educators Certification Program (LECP) of the National Legal Education Advancement Program (LEAP of the University of the Philippines Law Complex. He was also a consultant on implementing the Transnational Higher Education Law in the Philippines.
