Payment Instructions:
Step 1:
Click the registration link below to access the official conference form:

If you are using an Android device, tap the three dots located at the upper right corner of your screen, then select "Open in browser" for a smoother registration experience.
Step 3:
Fill out all the required fields in the form, including your Proof of Payment and other necessary details. Ensure that the information you provide is accurate before submitting.
Step 4:
Proceed to the On-Site Registration Desk at the conference venue upon arrival.
Receive your conference kit and ID, then proceed to enjoy the event.
Front desk officer each district will assist to:
1. Register online
2. Upload receipt or proof of payment
Payment Instructions for Walk-In Participants
Step 1:
Proceed to the On-Site Registration Desk at the conference venue upon arrival.
Step 2:
Inform the registration staff that you are a walk-in participant and provide your personal details for the registration form by registering through BEQA PH Conference Registration Form
Step 3:
After payment, present your proof of payment to complete your registration.
Step 4:
Receive your conference kit and ID, then proceed to enjoy the event.
The Registration Fee is non-refundable but transferable. Registration fees can be transferred to substitute participants only after a formal request is relayed on or before October 1, 2025 and upon the approval of the Conference Organizers.
